Plus at least half a day on  one of the following days:

4. A completed registration form (see attached PDF document).

Volunteers will be required to assist with the following roles

  • Assist on Registration Desk
  • Assist Meeting Rooms Manager with sessions every day
  • Signage – labelling all meeting rooms each session
  • Assist with putting up banners in each session
  • Checking of delegate badges for entry into sessions
  • Directional assistance for delegates to find event locations / meeting rooms
  • Assist with group movements on coaches to library tours.

We expect we may get many more applications than we can use. If that is the case, preference will be given  to ALIA members where possible.

Be part of the excitement at ALIA Access 2010! Volunteers will be able to attend some sessions, as their voluntary duties allow. You wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!
